On behalf of our math department here at Doty Middle School, thank you for helping to support our program by purchasing discount cards in our annual discount card fundraiser! Your contribution will help our program purchase the supplies we need for the year so that we can help our students have a better learning environment.
This year, you can use this page to order your cards directly and they will be mailed to you at the address you provide by Community Discount Card. You are able to order as many Doty Middle School cards (see the card to the left) as you want, as well as however many other cards from various other cities you wish for friends and family that don’t live in Downey. If you need to the businesses on a particular city before purchasing, please email mark@cdccard.com with your request. Thank you! - Doty Middle School Math Department To place your order, please type in the number of cards you would like from that particular city in the box to the left of that city. The form will sum the total number of cards you want, and you will be charged $10 per card. At the bottom of this form, please fill out the required information (your credit card info, your mailing address that you want all the cards mailed to, etc) and hit submit. You card will be charged for $10 per card ordered, and your requested cards will be mailed to you by Community Discount Card within 2 weeks of your submission of the form. |
